Changes in MySQL Installer 1.4.16 (2016-05-02)

Functionality Added or Changed

• The Reconfigure process no longer removes the existing my.ini on the system, when before it overwrote it with all new defaults. Now, the upgrade process updates the existing my.ini file by adding new options (if they exist), leaving all comments, and validating existing settings.
