2.1 Accessing MySQL HeatWave on AWS

You can access MySQL HeatWave on AWS using the MySQL HeatWave Console (a browser-based interface). The MySQL HeatWave Console is accessed at the following address:

https://cloud.mysql.com/

Instructions for using the MySQL HeatWave Console are included in topics throughout this guide, and a Console overview is provided in Section 2.4, “Using the Console”.

For sign-in instructions, see Section 2.3, “Signing In”. If you have not yet registered for MySQL HeatWave on AWS, you must do that first. See Section 2.2, “Signing Up”.

After you sign up and create a DB System, you can access MySQL HeatWave on AWS from a MySQL client or application. A MySQL user account is required. For instructions, see Section 5.2, “Connecting from a Client”.
