The add_task_log routine add a log entry
          for the task with the specified ID. You can use this routine
          with an application-level task as well and it does not require
          an application-managed user ID.

            Following are add_task_log parameters:
          
- task_idVARCHAR(36): specifies the unique task ID (- UUID) of the task for which you want to add logs.
- messageVARCHAR(2000): specifies the log message to add.
- dataJSON: specifies additional log data. If there is no additional data, set to- NULL.
- progressSMALLINT: specifies the task progress percentage from- 0to- 100.
- statusENUM: specifies the current task status. Possible values are:- SCHEDULED,- RUNNING,- COMPLETED,- ERROR, or- CANCELLED.
