To build Connector/ODBC from source on macOS, follow the same
instructions given for
Section 5.4.5, “Building Connector/ODBC from a Source Distribution on Unix”.
Notice that iODBC is the default ODBC library
used when building Connector/ODBC on macOS from source. Alternatively,
unixODBC may be used by setting the option
-DWITH_UNIXODBC=.
