MySQL Enterprise Monitor 8.0.15 was skipped. MySQL Enterprise Monitor 8.0.16 follows MySQL Enterprise Monitor 8.0.14.

• The OpenSSL libraries used by MySQL Enterprise Monitor installers have been upgraded to 1.0.2r.

• The bundled JRE was updated to 1.8.0_212 for both the Agent and Service Manager.

• The MySQL server, bundled with MySQL Enterprise Service Manager, has been upgraded to MySQL 8.0.16.

Bugs Fixed

• Important Change: It was not possible to validate the MONITOR.MIB file, it was not standards compliant. It contained a mix of SNMPv2- and SNMPv3-specific attributes.

  As of this release, MONITOR.MIB is standardised and only includes such attributes as are common to SNMPv1, 2, and 3.

  Important

  If you have configured a 3rd-party trap receiver to use the MONITOR.MIB, you must upgrade the configured MONITOR.MIB to use the new file delivered with this version.

• It was not possible to select MEM Built-in Agent or MEM Service Manager and add them to the asset when creating an Event Handler. Selecting the MEM Built-in Agent added the MEM Service Manager, and vice versa. (Bug #29220504)
