Description

As of MySQL 5.6.3, innodb_locks_unsafe_for_binlog is deprecated and will be
removed in a future MySQL release. We will remove it from mysql-5.8.

The parameter innodb_locks_unsafe_for_binlog was deprecated in WL#5533:
Deprecate features in Fuchsia.
