WL#3381: Remove unfinished backup files from NDB nodes after "abort backup" comand executed

Affects: Server-7.1   —   Status: Un-Assigned 

ndb_mgm ....-e "abort backup" does not remove unfinished backup files from NDB
nodes. I suggest all backup files should be removed after "abort backup" comand
executed successfully.
