WL#3194: DD. Reenable multiple logfile groups

Affects: Connector/.NET-5.2   —   Status: Un-Assigned 

In 5.1, i just yesterday implemented a limitation of 1 logfile group for cluster.
This as little/none testing/bug fixing has been done in this area wrt SR,
  and I know of a bunch of bugs.

This WL is about removing this limitation.
