WL#2946: Startup scripts for all ndb processes

We definitely need startup scripts for all ndb processes (ndbd, ndb_mgmd etc).
As the data node machines most often are dedicated servers having them
automatically start up the right processes is essential. 

Hartmut has done some startup scripts for T-* so he can be consulted for this
