WL#8406: Remove sql-bench from the 5.7 server code

Affects: Server-5.7   —   Status: Complete 

Starting with MySQL 5.7, we will no longer distribute sql-bench/. The source
code tree, packages and documentation shall be  updated to reflect this.

The CMake configuration code should also be modified to remove the 
INSTALL_SQLBENCHDIR option.
