Class that compares ACL_ACCESS objects.

		const ACL_ACCESS &	b
	)

Determine sort order of two user accounts.

ACL_ACCESS with IP specified is sorted before host name.

Parameters

[in]	a	First object to compare.
[in]	b	Second object to compare.

Return values

true	First element goes first.
false	Second element goes first.
