Validate the arguments and retrieve the IV value.

Processes a 3d optional IV argument to an Item_func function. Contains all the necessary stack buffers etc.

Parameters

	aes_opmode	the encryption mode
	arg_count	number of parameters passed to the function
	args	array of arguments passed to the function
	func_name	the name of the function (for errors)
	thd	the current thread (for errors)
[out]	error_generated	set to true if error was generated.

Returns

a pointer to the retrieved validated IV or NULL
