Description.  This method is used to determine whether event loss has taken place following the failure of a node.

This method is deprecated in NDB 7.4.3, and is subject to removal in a future release. In NDB 7.4.3 and later, you should instead use getEventType2() to determine whether the event is of type TE_INCONSISTENT. See Section, “Event::TableEvent”.

Parameters.  None.

Return value.  If event loss has taken place, then this method returns false; otherwise, it returns true.
