  • MysqlndUhConnection::killConnection

    Asks the server to kill a MySQL thread

Description

public bool MysqlndUhConnection::killConnection(mysqlnd_connection connection,
                                                int pid);

Asks the server to kill a MySQL thread.

Parameters

connection

Mysqlnd connection handle. Do not modify!

pid

Thread Id of the connection to be killed.

Return Values

Returns TRUE on success. Otherwise, returns FALSE

Examples

  $ret = parent::killConnection($res, $pid);

  return $ret;
 }
}
mysqlnd_uh_set_connection_proxy(new proxy());
$mysqli = new mysqli("localhost", "root", "", "test");
$mysqli->kill($mysqli->thread_id);
?>

The above example will output:


proxy::killConnection(array (
  0 => NULL,
  1 => 27650,
))
proxy::killConnection returns true
