The MySQL Worklog are design specifications for some of the items that may be considered for future development.

WL#830: Check Security Script

Status: Un-Assigned   —   Priority: Medium 

We shall develop and include to MySQL distribution which would check how secure
is current MySQL installation according to known criterias. 
We may also wish it to have "repair" functionality to fix some known permission 
issues.

Exact list of checks is to be gathered.
