WL#4059: Storage Engine variability for test-suite

Status: On-Hold   —   Priority: Medium 

An initial exploration of the mysql test suite to determine the efficacy and
value of altering the storage engine parameter.  i.e. from engine = myisam to
engine = $ENGINE.

Will work with a limited set of tests and provide metrics and recommendations by
