WL#3712: NdbRecord example programs

Create some example programs for the NdbRecord API, similar to the existing
programs in storage/ndb/ndbapi-examples/.

Probably one for PK operations and one for scans, maybe change some of the
existing programs to use NdbRecord instead of NdbRecAttr.
