Using the MySQL Migration Toolkit, migrate "xtreme.mdb" (located in C:\Program 
Files\Business Objects\Crystal Reports 11\Samples\en\Databases) 
to MySQL-5.0, and re-link reports under test to this database using 
Connector/ODBC-5.0,
