WL#3414: XML

Affects: Server-7.1   —   Status: Un-Assigned   —   Priority: Very High 

Support XML in the server, enhancing our current XPath, adding XQuery.

Since other DBMSs have more XML support and since it's emphasized in
SQL:2007, someday we'll fill out this task description and spend many
months of effort on it.
