3.3.8. Launching MySQL Workbench on Mac OS X

To launch MySQL Workbench on Mac OS X, open the Applications folder in the Finder, then double-click MySQL Workbench.

It is also possible to start MySQL Workbench from the command line:

shell> open MySQLWorkbench.app model_file

A model file must be specified.
