Use the Add Diagram icon in this area to create EER diagrams. When you add an EER diagram a new tab appears below the toolbar. Use this tab to navigate to the newly created EER diagram. EER Diagrams are discussed in depth in Section 6.4, “EER Diagram Editor”.

If you do not wish to have your EER diagrams as docked or tabbed windows you may change this. For more information, see Section 6.1.11, “Docking and Undocking Windows”.
