Motto/theme: Basic mapping of SQL SELECT to a MySQL Memcache plugin access.
The initial release does map basic SQL SELECT statements to a
MySQL Memcache plugin access. This bares potential performance
benefits as the direct key-value access to MySQL storage using
the Memcache protocol is usually faster than using SQL access.
