2.3.1. Installing and Updating Advisors

Instructions for installing Advisors are given in Section 5.2.7.3, “Installing, Updating or Upgrading Advisors After Initial Login”, and following.

If your Service Manager can connect to the Internet, you can download the latest Advisors by navigating to the Advisors tab and finding the Check for Updates link. You can periodically update advisors in this way.

Note

If you do not have Internet access and cannot use the online update option, you can manually import advisors. This process is described in Section 5.2.7.3, “Installing, Updating or Upgrading Advisors After Initial Login”.
