You are receiving a copy of the Hibernate Annotations library in both source and object code in the following [MEM Server install dir]/apache-tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib/ folder. The terms of the Oracle license do NOT apply to the Hibernate Annotations library; it is licensed under the following license, separately from the Oracle programs you receive. If you do not wish to install this library, you may remove the files after installation, such as in the following example, but the Oracle program might not operate properly or at all without the library:

$ rm [MEM Server install dir]/apache-tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib/hibernate-annotations.jar
$ rm [MEM Server install dir]/licenses/lgpl/hibernate-annotations-3.4.0-ga-src.zip
