C.2. Deprecated Parameters

Beginning in InnoDB Plugin 1.0.4 the following configuration parameter has been removed:

innodb_file_io_threads: This parameter has been replaced by two new parameters innodb_read_io_threads and innodb_write_io_threads. See Section 7.8, “Multiple Background I/O Threads” for more information.
